BERSACHE is a growing footwear brand focused on delivering stylish, affordable footwear to customers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us build a solid workforce.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.

* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

* Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.

* Work towards meeting hiring targets and closing open positions on time.

Requirements





* Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

* Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

* Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.

* Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
