This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you'll:

?Plan & execute brand activations across Bengaluru

?Manage events end-to-end, from setup to teardown

?Build relationships with societies, RWAs & local communities

?️Represent Plazza and drive customer engagement

?Track activation performance and share insights

???? ???????: this is not a desk job. You'll be on the ground, meeting people, solving problems and making things happen.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent English communication along with Hindi or Kannada

• Energetic, persuasive & people-oriented

• Strong communication, networking & event management skills

• Comfortable with outdoor work and weekend shifts

?₹20,000/month + incentives
