Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Patient Coordinator for a health clinic.

The candidate should have previous experience working in a clinic, hospital, healthcare centre, or similar healthcare setup and should be comfortable communicating with patients over phone and WhatsApp.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from patients and enquiries
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and communicate with patients
- Call patients who enquire through WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
- Understand the patient's basic requirement and provide clinic/consultation information
- Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into clinic appointments
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, calls and appointments




- Communicate with patients politely and professionally
- Handle patient queries confidently and patiently
- Requirements:Previous experience in a health clinic / hospital / healthcare centre is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or patient handling experience
- Valuable Hindi communication skills
- Basic English communication
- Good WhatsApp and computer knowledge
- Confident and professional communication
- Ability to handle patient enquiries and follow-ups
- Experience in healthcare lead calling / appointment booking will be an advantage

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Experienced candidates from the healthcare/clinic industry will be given preference.
