We are looking for an SEO Associate who understands that SEO goes beyond keywords and backlinks. We need someone who can execute strategies, identify opportunities, solve problems and contribute to measurable organic growth.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Clement Town, Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Execute SEO strategies across multiple client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent mapping.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, keyword visibility and conversions.
- Assist in preparing monthly SEO strategies and execution plans.

On-Page SEO

- Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
- Perform content optimisation based on keyword research and search intent.
- Identify and resolve on-page SEO issues.
- Coordinate with developers and content teams for implementation.

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues.
- Work on crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Identify Google Search Console errors and recommend solutions.
- Monitor website performance, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals.




- Assist in implementing structured data and schema markup.

Off-Page & Local SEO

- Execute ethical link-building and digital authority-building activities.
- Identify relevant outreach and backlink opportunities.
- Optimise Google Business Profiles and local search presence.
- Monitor local rankings, citations and business visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to analyse performance.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly client performance reports.
- Identify performance issues and recommend actionable improvements.

Team Collaboration & Accountability

- Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers and account managers.
- Maintain SEO documentation, task updates and project timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver work within deadlines.
- Communicate challenges proactively and suggest solutions.
- Support client meetings and discussions when required.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of crawling, indexing,



redirects and canonical tags.
- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO plugins.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Good written communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
- Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Shopify or e-commerce SEO.
- AI-assisted search optimisation and AI tools for SEO research.
- Experience working with multiple client accounts.

Who Should Apply?

Candidates with at least six months of practical SEO experience who can demonstrate hands-on work on real websites.

Job Details

Location: Clement Town, Dehradun

Employment: Full-Time, Work From Office

Experience: 6 Months–2 Years Preferred

Salary: ₹12,000–₹16,500 per month

Office Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday–Saturday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Significant: This is strictly an in-office position. Candidates should be able to commute to our Dehradun office regularly.
