Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager with a background in the finance or loan industry to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, attendance, leave management, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, salary revisions, and full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and applicable labour laws.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop HR policies,



maintain employee records, and prepare HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR operations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in finance, banking, or the loan industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and HRMS/payroll systems.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; graduates with relevant experience may apply.
