- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and generate sales for residential, commercial, and plotted projects.
- Connect with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and provide project presentations to clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.




- Maintain regular follow-ups, customer records, and sales reports.
- Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market in Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi NCR.
- Ability to generate leads, handle clients, and close deals independently.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
