Job Title: Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager
Experience: 4–10 Years (Bar Experience Mandatory)
Job Description:
- Manage daily bar and restaurant operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, inventory, stock, costs, and wastage.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments.
- Drive operational efficiency and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in the F&B; / Hospitality industry.
- Previous bar operations experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of bar inventory, beverage costing, and stock control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
