Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Assist interested customers with registration or onboarding.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Build positive relationships with customers and address their queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
