Himalayan Edu is looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Education Counsellor to join our team in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and doctors regarding MBBS, MD/MS, NEET UG, NEET PG, medical college admissions, counselling procedures, eligibility, fee structures, and admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS and MD/MS admissions.

• Guide NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants throughout the admission and counselling process.

• Explain college options, courses, eligibility, fee structures, counselling procedures, and admission timelines.

• Handle student and parent queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Convert counselling enquiries into successful admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and counselling status.

• Coordinate with the internal admission team for smooth student support.





• Stay updated with NEET UG/PG counselling, medical colleges, admission rules, and available seats.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Valuable knowledge of MBBS, MD/MS, NEET UG, and NEET PG admissions.

• Experience in medical education counselling/admissions will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.

• Ability to handle students, parents, and doctors professionally.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
