## Job Description: Counter Salesperson

### Job Responsibilities:

* Attend to customers and assist them in selecting textiles, handicrafts, and fashion products.

* Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available designs.

* Handle counter sales, customer inquiries, and billing.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter is well-organized.

* Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.

* Build solid customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

### Required Skills:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or counter sales.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Strong sales and product-presentation abilities.

* Knowledge of textiles, handicrafts, or fashion products will be preferred.

* Ability to handle billing and maintain basic sales records.
