Job Description

We are looking for a Site Surveyor to support our warehouse leasing consultancy operations.

The role involves site visits, property surveys, data collection, and coordination with internal

teams and clients for warehouse leasing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys of warehouses and industrial properties

• Measure, inspect, and document site details (area, access roads, utilities, layout, etc.)

• Take site photographs and prepare basic survey reports

• Coordinate with leasing consultants, landlords, and clients

• Assist in property inspections, site visits, and client walkthroughs

• Maintain records of surveyed properties and update databases

• Travel frequently within Kalyan, Bhiwandi, and nearby industrial belts

Candidate Requirements





• Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience preferred

• Two-wheeler (bike) preferred for site travel

• Basic understanding of real estate or warehouse properties is an advantage

• Willingness to work on-field and travel extensively

• Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, warehousing, or industrial leasing

• Familiarity with Bhiwandi and Kalyan industrial areas

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
