1. Job Description – Tender ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Handle tendering and bidding for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) construction and HEWP projects.Search and identify relevant government, PSU, and private tenders.Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, and quotations.Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical specifications, and terms and conditions.Prepare tender documents, including EMD details, company credentials, experience certificates, and compliance documents.Coordinate with technical, purchase, and accounts teams for cost estimation and bid preparation.Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders before deadlines.Maintain tender records, submission status, results, and follow-up reports.Track corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, and tender submission updates.Assist in preparing project experience details, client documents,



and supporting certificates.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all bidding and commercial documents.Required Skills:Graduate in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in construction or infrastructure.Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government e-tendering portals.Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and online tender submission.Robust documentation, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
2. Salary: ₹17,000–₹22,000 per month
3. Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
4. Job Type: Full-Time
5. Experience: 1–3 years preferred
6. Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented candidate with knowledge of construction tenders, STP projects, BOQ preparation, and government bidding procedures.
