- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and the company website, as applicable.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and keywords.
- Monitor and process online orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock availability across platforms.
- Monitor product pricing, discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Track daily sales, revenue, orders, returns, and other performance metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and customer support teams.
- Handle marketplace account health, customer queries, and seller performance issues.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility, ranking, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service-level requirements.
