- Keep shipment details updated correctly in the system.
- Talk to clients to get loads on time and agree on positive rates.
- Work with truck drivers to arrange and move the loads.
- Follow up with warehouse supervisors to make sure vehicles are loaded and unloaded on time.

- Good communication skills (able to talk clearly with clients, drivers, and warehouse staff).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or transport work.
- Careful with details and able to work under deadlines.
