Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for agent-level positions and lateral recruitment.
- Source candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
- Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable English communication skills are required.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
