Role Requirements

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–5 years in project planning or execution.

Experience in the precast or construction industry is preferred.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Project and Advanced Excel.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

Understanding of precast production, erection, and construction processes.

Ability to read civil and structural drawings.

Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills

.Valuable documentation and reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking:





Prepare project schedules, execution plans, progress trackers, and monitor milestones.Coordination: Liaison with Design, Production, QA/QC, Dispatch, Site, and Commercial teams.

Documentation: Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS).

Client & Inquiry Management:

Manage customer inquiries, provide prompt responses, and prepare quotations/proposals.

Risk Management: Identify delays, update recovery plans, and ensure timely project completion.
