Position: Retail Staff

Experience: 1+ Year in Retail / Supermarket Industry

Location: Bangalore

- Roles & Responsibilities:Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked properly.
- Handle billing and cashier activities when required.
- Monitor product expiry dates and maintain stock rotation.
- Receive and arrange merchandise in the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory counting and stock management activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery store operations.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations.
- Qualification:PUC / Any Graduate.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, or grocery stores preferred.
