Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Inbound Voice Process for Nykaa Beauty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product-related information, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls related to orders, products, payments, deliveries, etc.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate communication.





Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).

Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

Prior experience in customer service (voice process) is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (excluding Sundays).

Additional Details:

Shift: Rotational (Day Shifts)

Week Off: 1 rotational off between Monday to Friday (Sunday working)

Location: Hubli (Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hubli)
