Job Description – Field Supervisor | Workezy Private Limited
We are looking for a proactive Field Supervisor to recruit and onboard domestic service workers, including cooks, maids, cleaners and other household staff. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, identifying potential candidates, verifying their details, explaining Workezy’s services, completing onboarding and maintaining recruitment records.
Requirements: Positive communication skills, confidence in fieldwork, and the ability to meet recruitment targets. Prior field sales or recruitment experience is preferred.
Working hours- 10:00 - 6:30
Interview process- In office (Walk in interview)
