Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and support the kitchen team in delivering quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Support cooking and assembling food as per SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.




- Assist with stock arrangement and inventory support.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, QSR, or hotel kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
