- Candidate must have a valid DRA Certificate.
- Vacancy available in all regions in Madhya Pradesh
- Candidate have to take care of recovery of Loan, majorly in rural locations.
- Ensuring month end (All bucket number) target is met in accordance with the given portfolio.
- Manage and Track the assigned team.
- Report to the Supervisour , Bank Collection Managers etc.
- Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments.
- Responsible for collections for debts that have been allocated.
- Identify outstanding account receivables
- Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
- Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
- Resolve outstanding account and payments
- Collection of remaining amounts from existing customers and deposit the amount in customer loan account
- Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
