About Us At Lalit Interior, we craft exceptional residential and commercial, Hospitality spaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our daily financial operations, track project-based expenses, and ensure complete tax compliance.

- Key Responsibilities : Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain and update day-to-day accounts, ledgers, vendor invoices, and client billing using accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks/ PMC Apps / Zoho).
- Project Cost Tracking: Track material procurement, contractor payments, labor costs, and site expenses against individual project budgets.
- Invoicing & Receivables: Issue timely invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Vendor & Payable Management: Verify supplier invoices, reconcile vendor ledger accounts, and schedule timely payments.
- Taxation & Compliance:



Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, process TDS deductions, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash for site operations, and monitor daily cash flow.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cost-variance reports for management review.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industries is strongly preferred).
- Tax Knowledge: Practical understanding of GST filing, TDS, e-way bills, and local compliance requirements.
- Skills: Excellent numerical accuracy, robust organizational skills, and clear communication with vendors, clients, and site managers.
