What the job actually is

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies.

This role is in the AGENCY CHANNEL. The Branch Manager leads the branch and drives business by RECRUITING and activating insurance advisors through a team of Sales Managers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the branch and achieve monthly / quarterly business targets.
- Manage a team of Sales Managers; help them recruit, train and activate insurance advisors.




- Build a solid advisor network in the local market.
- Track daily sales activity, renewals and quality of business.
- Follow all IRDAI and company compliance rules.

Candidate Profile

- 5 to 12 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years of team / branch handling.
- Life Insurance or Health Insurance agency experience will be preferred.
- Good local market knowledge and network.
- Graduate or above.

Compensation: 9 - 13 Lacs P.A.
