- Oversee overall business operations, project execution and team management.
- Handle business development, client relationships and current business opportunities.
- Manage government tendering, bidding and liaisoning with departments such as PWD, CPWD, MCD and Railways.
- Supervise projects involving boom barriers, bollards, automated gates, anti-smog guns and related equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project costs, quotations, billing, payment follow-ups and profitability.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Directors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
