Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor for Finishing Work to join our dynamic team at BLP Interior Pvt Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing activities in our Civil & Interior projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness

Key Responsibilities :

Supervision and Management:Oversee and supervise all finishing activities including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and other related tasks.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely completion of finishing work.Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and within set deadlines.

Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of finishing work.Identify and rectify any defects or issues promptlyEnsure all materials used meet the required standards and specifications

Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers, architects,



and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any technical issues.Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any potential delays or issues

Resource Management:Manage and allocate resources efficiently to avoid wastage and ensure optimal use of materials and labour.Maintain inventory of materials and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in finishing work.

Client Interaction:Communicate with clients regarding the progress of finishing workAddress any concerns or requests from clients promptly and professionally.

Qualification

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Civil & Interior work.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction site processes and procedures
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
