- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding amounts.
- Explain payment schedules, due dates, and repayment options to customers.
- Negotiate suitable payment commitments and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain daily call reports and update collection status in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
