We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial plots. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, arranging site visits, explaining project details, and closing property sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Contact potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain plot details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and project amenities.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for booking and registration processes.




- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer databases.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Interest in real estate and property sales.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and plot site visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
