About the JobWe are hiring Recruiters to handle hiring for Banking and Financial Services companies.

- ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Recruit candidates for banking roles such as Sales, Relationship Manager, Operations, Credit, etc.
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Requirements1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Banking/NBFC recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates must have a laptop/desktop and valuable internet connection for WFH.
- Candidates from Chennai preferred.
