- ? Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for visa and immigration services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and explain available visa services to clients.
- Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable visa services.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the immigration team.
- Assist clients with document collection, verification, and application procedures.
- Maintain client records, calling reports, and follow-up databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, counselling, and conversion targets.
- Build strong client relationships and provide professional customer service.




- ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
