About the Role:

We’re looking for a versatile Barista & Beverage Specialist who can handle our entire drinks menu — from espresso-based coffees and specialty brews to mocktails, fresh juices, shakes, and signature coolers. If you’re passionate about crafting great drinks and love experimenting with flavours, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and other specialty coffees
- Make mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, iced teas, and signature beverages
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and all beverage equipment
- Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Create visually appealing drinks with proper garnishing and glassware
- Take customer orders, suggest drinks based on preferences, and handle customizations
- Keep the beverage station clean, stocked,



and organized at all times
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and supplies
- Suggest new drink ideas and seasonal specials to management
- Handle cash and POS transactions
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage opening/closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or lounge (freshers with genuine passion will be considered)
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
- Experience with mocktail preparation, flavour pairing, and layering techniques
- Creative mindset with an eye for drink presentation
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rush hours calmly
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic English and Hindi/Gujarati communication
