Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines, ensure component quality, and achieve production targets while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines as per work instructions.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Perform basic machine settings and offset corrections.
- Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Maintain production records and report machine or quality abnormalities.
- Ensure component quality and minimize rejection.
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and 5S standards.
- Support machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.

Skills Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine operations.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of quality requirements and production targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
