Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Tele-Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with a strong background in UK outbound cold calling and international BPO sales.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience engaging UK-based prospects, delivering persuasive sales pitches, handling objections, generating qualified leads, and converting cold calls into successful sales.

We are specifically looking for candidates who understand the UK sales market, are confident speaking with UK customers, and have a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced outbound calling workplace.

This role is best suited for experienced UK process professionals with a strong sales mindset and a track record of performance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers across the UK.
- Pitch products and services confidently, identify customer requirements, and generate sales opportunities.
- Convert cold leads into qualified prospects and successfully close sales.
- Handle customer objections, rejections, and sales negotiations professionally.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.




- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales data in the CRM.
- Follow UK telesales compliance requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
- Participate in sales reviews, performance discussions, and coaching sessions.
- Candidate RequirementsMandatory: Prior experience in an international BPO with UK outbound cold-calling or telesales exposure.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling UK customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales over the phone.
- A target-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team sales performance.

Preference will be given to candidates with a consistent sales track record in a UK outbound process.
