Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment, attract the right candidates, and improve employee retention. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with candidates, building relationships with employees, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Hiring: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, assess communication skills, and identify candidates suitable for international voice processes.
- Evening-Shift Hiring: Identify and recruit candidates who are genuinely comfortable working evening shifts aligned with international business hours.
- Employee Retention: Build strong relationships with employees, understand their concerns, and implement initiatives to reduce attrition.
- Employee Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups with employees, gather feedback, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Joining & Onboarding: Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, induction, and follow-ups to ensure candidates join as scheduled.
- Attendance & Follow-ups: Monitor attendance, track absenteeism, and coordinate with team leaders to address employee concerns.
- HR Coordination:



Work closely with management and operations to understand hiring requirements, manpower needs, and employee performance concerns.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain records of candidates contacted, interviews scheduled, selections, actual joinings, and employee retention.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR recruitment, preferably in BPO, call centres, or international voice processes.
- Ability to attract candidates and convert interviews into successful joinings.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand employee concerns and handle them professionally.
- Comfortable working evening shifts and coordinating with international-process teams.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
