Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience growth.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and marketing materials.
- Research social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. Communication & Coordination

- Coordinate daily activities related to social media, marketing, and customer orders.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and campaign activities.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely responses to customers and consistent brand communication.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Valuable with softwares - Coreldraw/Illustartor/Photoshop
- Strong writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business,



and social media trends.
- Creative thinking and an understanding of digital marketing.
- Good coordination, multitasking, and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and social media scheduling tools.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in social media may apply.
- Experience in social media management, customer support, digital marketing, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Interest in sustainability, fashion, recycling, or upcycling is a plus.
