We are hiring Tele sales Specialists for Personal Loan sales at our Bangalore location. The role involves handling company-provided leads, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining relevant personal loan offerings, and supporting customers through the sales process. This is an in-house role with no fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers through company-provided leads and generate personal loan sales

Understand customer requirements and explain personal loan features, eligibility, and process.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate for the next steps in the loan process.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and incentive-linked performance goals.

Maintain accurate customer information and update lead status as required.

Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries related to the loan process.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of Hindi/English communication.

Positive attitude, customer-handling ability, and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Ability to work from the Airoli office.
