Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Manager to manage stock, maintain inventory records, and ensure the timely availability of materials required for company operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor daily inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and tracking of inventory.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.




- Prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and material wastage.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, solar, or industrial operations will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
- Positive communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Preferred SkillsStrong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage stock records accurately.
- Knowledge of material handling and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
