Role & responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Handle and deepen relationships with mapped Current Account, Savings Account (CASA), High-Net-Worth (HNW), or Priority customers.
- New Acquisition: Acquire pre-fixed targets of current-to-bank CASA and family accounts through open market leads, referrals, and local campaigns.
- Revenue Generation: Grow the branchs liability book size through account balances, fixed deposits (FD), and third-party products.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 - 5 Years experience as Relationship Manager in Branch Banking
- Experience in insurance/BFSI/NBFC is not considered
- Age below 36
- Gender - M/F
