About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to manage transportation, transporter coordination, and vehicle planning. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of materials, timely dispatches, optimum vehicle utilization, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective logistics operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in transporter/vendor management, route and vehicle planning, dispatch coordination, and logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, steel or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate inbound & outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage transporters and logistics vendors, including vehicle placement, rate negotiation and performance tracking.
- Prepare daily vehicle planning based on load, destination, route and delivery timelines.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery with minimum delays.




- Maintain logistics documentation such as LR/GR, e-way bills, PODs and delivery challans.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Transporter and vendor management
- Vehicle planning and route optimization
- Dispatch and distribution management
- Inventory and stock management
- Knowledge of e-way bills, LR/GR, POD and logistics documentation
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Valuable coordination and communication skills

Preferred Experience

· Experience in manufacturing, steel, pipes & tubes, engineering products, industrial products, or heavy material logistics will be preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
