- Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu-related queries.
- Serve waffles, beverages, and other food items to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and service counter.
- Transparent and clean tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and counter team for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the team during busy hours and maintain quick service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- EligibilityFRESHERS CAN APPLY.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Prior café/QSR/restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
