Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage service staff.
· Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
· Take customer orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
· Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, hygiene, and discipline.
· Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
· Assist with billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting, as required.
· Coordinate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth outlet operations.
Support upselling, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
