Business Development Executive (BDE) – Club Memberships

About us
All Starr Club is relaunching as Jagatpura's social wellness club: an all-weather covered pool, badminton, squash, table tennis, billiards and a full Antimatter Fitness gym. A café, member lounge, recovery zone and co-work space are coming soon.
The role
As a Membership Advisor, you'll often be the first person a family meets at the club. You'll show them around, help them choose the right membership, and stay in touch so they join, settle in and renew. We're looking for warm, confident hosts, not pushy salespeople.
What you'll do
• Call new enquiries within the hour and follow up on time
• Give guided tours of the pool, courts, gym and lounge, and book trials
• Recommend the right membership to each person or family
• Help existing members upgrade to our new membership tiers
• Generate leads at residential societies, schools and events, and through member referrals
• Welcome current members and help them get started
• Keep every lead,
payment and form accurate in the CRM
What we're looking for
• 1–4 years in customer-facing sales or service: hotels, airlines, premium retail, real estate, banking, clubs or fitness
• Confident spoken English and Hindi; well groomed
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and CRM/Excel
• Graduate in any discipline
• Bonus: experience selling memberships or high-ticket products; interest in fitness or sport; own two-wheeler
What we offer
• Fixed salary of c₹20000 to 30000 per month plus uncapped monthly incentives
