· BE (Civil)/DCE with 3-8 years experience in construction of Residential/commercial/industrial/warehousing buildings.
. Execute and supervise assigned site activities.
· Follow up with procurement team, vendors, subcontractors, and labour to smooth execution, completion of work as per schedule.
· Monitoring and ensuring quality of work drawings and specifications - Residential/commercial/industrial/warehousing buildings
· Raise and track indents, quantification, reconciliations, and Vendor Quotes
· Ensure proper testing, curing, quality records, and documentation as per project requirements.
· Prepare and submit Daily progress reports to project head.
· Verify contractor/supplier bills and submit them for approval.
