About the Job
Reyansh Group & Services is hiring experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives for reputed two-wheeler showrooms dealing in Royal Enfield (Bullet) and Hero motorcycles in Lucknow.
We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and relevant automobile showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain motorcycle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain available finance, insurance, and exchange options, wherever applicable.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth sales operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler showroom sales preferred.
- Experience with Royal Enfield or Hero dealerships will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Candidates with relevant experience and a proven sales track record will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Salary Hike: Experienced candidates may be offered an attractive hike over their current salary, subject to evaluation and the employer's budget.
