We’re looking for a confident, convincing, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive bookings and marketing for The Palmnest, a luxury villa near Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp enquiries, and phone calls.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed villa bookings and follow up with potential guests.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly booking targets.
- Plan promotional activities, collaborations, and marketing campaigns to increase bookings.
- Explore current ideas to promote the property and improve occupancy.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or luxury villa industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Jaipur-based candidates only.

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on every successful booking.
