Job Profile: DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Designation: Digital Marketing Trainer & Business Development Executive – Male/Female

Reports To: Centre Manager

Employment: Full Time | Work From Office

Job Purpose

To drive business growth and revenue generation for EduCADD through business development and digital marketing, while also training students in practical Digital Marketing skills and industry-oriented projects.

Knowledge & Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Any Graduate / MBA – Marketing preferred.

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Digital Marketing, preferably in the Education/Training sector.

Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.

Knowledge of keyword research, content marketing, blog writing, Canva, email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.

Ability to plan, execute and analyse digital marketing campaigns.

Strong passion and ability to teach and mentor students in Digital Marketing.

Ability to explain digital marketing concepts through practical examples, assignments and live projects.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel for college, corporate and industry visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Training

Conduct Digital Marketing training programs for students.

Teach practical and industry-oriented topics including:

Google Ads

Meta Ads

SEO

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Keyword Research

Social Media Marketing

Content Marketing

Blog Writing

Email Marketing

Lead Generation & Conversion

Canva and basic marketing creatives

Guide students through live projects, assignments and practical campaigns.

Mentor students in developing digital marketing strategies and portfolios.

Conduct assessments, project reviews and provide individual guidance.





Keep course content updated according to current industry practices.

2. Business Development

Generate revenue by approaching engineering/degree colleges, corporates, industries and recruitment agencies.

Identify client requirements and convert opportunities into business.

Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, companies and institutional partners.

Arrange technical seminars, workshops, career programs and demonstrations by coordinating with in-house trainers.

Coordinate between EduCADD and clients to develop and deliver customized training programs.

Develop customized training proposals and contracts for corporate and industry clients.

Explore opportunities for corporate training, internships, placements and institutional tie-ups.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead/business development records.

Travel for college visits, corporate meetings, seminars and business development activities.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

Manage SEO, keyword research, website content and blog writing.

Manage social media campaigns, posts, reels and promotional activities.

Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Generate leads for courses, workshops, seminars and corporate training.

Track CPL, leads, conversions and campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with the counselling/sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of digital leads.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a multi-skilled qualified who can teach Digital Marketing to students, generate leads through digital marketing, and independently develop business through colleges, corporates, industries and recruitment agencies.

The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, confident in networking, comfortable with teaching, and capable of handling Digital Marketing + Training + Business Development responsibilities.
