We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Steward to join our café team. The steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and hygienic manner
- Ensure tables and seating areas are clean and well-maintained
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required
- Follow café policies, hygiene standards, and service procedures
- Support end-to-end café operations during peak hours





Required Skills & Qualities

- Valuable communication skills (basic English/Hindi/local language)
- Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to contribute to the end-to-end operations
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Prior café or restaurant experience is a plus (not mandatory)
