Job Responsibilities

- Contact clients through CRM-based calling and understand their requirements.

- Explain the company's stock market advisory services and products to potential and existing clients.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through effective communication.

- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain qualified relationships.

- Handle client queries and provide relevant information regarding advisory services.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

- Maintain accurate calling and client information in the CRM system.

- For the Manager – With Team position, manage and guide the team,



monitor performance, and ensure achievement of team targets.

- Maintain daily calling and sales reports as required by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in stock market advisory, broking, financial services.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products.

- Ability to handle client conversations professionally.

- Target-oriented and motivated towards sales.

- Comfortable working with CRM software and calling systems.

- Graduation preferred.
