Job Description – Farmhouse Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage farmhouse construction, ensure quality execution, plan site activities, and complete work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and understand architectural, structural, and services drawings.
- Check site levels, dimensions, alignment, and measurements.
- Operate surveying instruments such as Auto Level, Dumpy Level, and Theodolite.
- Plan upcoming work, manpower, materials, and site activities 1–2 weeks in advance.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and seniors.
- Monitor work quality, daily progress, and project timelines.
- Identify site issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials, and machinery.




- Report delays and technical issues with possible solutions.

Required Skills:

- Valuable technical knowledge of civil construction and drawings.
- Practical experience in surveying, levelling, and setting-out.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
- Good coordination, discipline, and communication skills.

Key Expectation:

The candidate should be proactive, plan work in advance, solve day-to-day site problems, and take responsibility for completing work with proper quality and within the planned timeline.
