- Attend and resolve day-to-day carpentry maintenance complaints.
- Repair and maintain doors, hinges, locks, door closers, and other fittings.
- Repair and maintain tables, chairs, cabinets, drawers, and other furniture.
- Carry out repairs and modifications to wooden partitions, panels, and fixtures.
- Handle plywood, MDF, laminate, and related carpentry work.
- Perform furniture shifting, installation, dismantling, and modification as required.
- Carry out drilling, cutting, fitting, and fixing works.
- Replace damaged wooden components and fittings.
- Maintain and properly use carpentry tools and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager and other maintenance teams for assigned work.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and assigned tasks.
- Two wheeler mandatory with DL.
