Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Cynefin Meraki is hiring a Civil Site Engineer for construction, renovation and infrastructure projects, including fuel retail outlets and EV charging facilities.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil works, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, drainage, paving and foundations.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards and schedules.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and other execution teams.
- Maintain site safety, progress reports, measurements and material records.
- Support billing, client inspections, snag rectification and project handover.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of hands-on civil site execution experience.
- Ability to read drawings, interpret BOQs and independently manage assigned site activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills; Kannada preferred.
- Must be willing to travel, relocate and stay at project locations anywhere in Karnataka.
- Fuel station, EV or industrial project experience and early availability preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and capability.
